Policies

The following policies outline the way we conduct business in order to provide our clients with the best service possible.

All bookings require a 50% retainer be paid upfront to confirm the booking and contract. If you cancel at least 3 weeks in advance, you will receive a 75% refund. If you cancel within 2-3 weeks, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 1-2 weeks, you will receive a 25% refund. Cancelations within one week of start/shoot date will not receive a refund.

Turnaround times vary, depending on the scope of your project. Generally, we estimate a turnaround time of 5 business days. Expedited services may be available, for an additional charge.

Any images (still or video) captured are the exclusive property of Nightcraft Media LLC. As a client, you are granted an exclusive license to use, display, and redistribute the works we create for you in a personal capacity, provided that you credit Nightcraft Media as the creator of the work. If you make any alterations to the works beyond cropping, you must no longer attribute the work to Nightcraft Media, as it is now a derivative work of your own creation. If you wish to use works we create for you in a commercial capacity, this incurs an additional fee, dependent upon the term length of usage.

If you wish to obtain exclusive usage rights to the works we create for you, such that we may not use said works in any promotional or other professional capacity, this incurs an additional fee, dependent upon the term length of exclusivity. This policy also applies to any non-disclosure agreement that bars us from claiming or seeking credit for any works we create for you.

Any request for the provision of RAW files/footage must be negotiated prior to the start of production and incurs an additional fee. We do not furnish RAW imagery upon completion of shoot/production.

At our own discretion, we may incorporate the usage of artificial intelligence tools, including generative, in the creation of works for clients.
